At the heart of this initiative is our founder, Ritu Singh — an experienced leader with over 17 years in consulting, ESG strategy, and financial services. Having worked with top multinationals, Ritu has advised corporations and institutions on embedding sustainability into their core, while also building strong relationships across diverse ecosystems.
Her journey reflects a rare combination of strategic vision, collaborative leadership, and community-driven action. As the founder of She Leads Green, she is catalyzing change by bringing women together — entrepreneurs, homemakers, professionals, and changemakers — to create impact that goes beyond individual actions.
